63 Moons Technologies Q1 FY27: Revenue Up 350% to ₹137.16 Cr, an Operating Loss of ₹71.73 Cr, and Eighteen Entities in One Consolidated Statement

At a glance

63 Moons Technologies reported consolidated revenue of ₹137.16 crore for the June 2026 quarter, against ₹30.45 crore a year earlier. That is a 350% jump, the sort of number that normally arrives with a press conference and a cake shaped like a bar chart. Operating profit was −₹71.73 crore. PAT was −₹39.68 crore, and EPS was −₹8.61.

Other Income, the company's most dependable employee, brought in ₹34.91 crore. Of that, ₹32.49 crore was interest income, which means the treasury desk kept regular office hours even in a loss-making quarter. The expense statement also introduced a line that software companies rarely print: cost of goods sold of ₹83.14 crore, where the same quarter last year showed a dash. For a company built on trading screens and exchange engines, that line looks a bit like a new flatmate who moved in without telling anyone. Expenses before depreciation and interest came to ₹208.89 crore.

Revenue can quadruple in a year and still arrive with a larger bill attached. The market values the whole group at ₹4,177.71 crore.

Running alongside all of this is a legal calendar that includes a ₹1,950 crore settlement scheme, which the NCLT sanctioned on 28 November 2025.

Introduction

63 Moons calls itself a computer programming and consultancy company. That is a bit like describing the Mumbai monsoon as "some rain." The core is financial-market technology: software for brokers, exchanges, clearing houses and depositories. Around that core sits a group large enough that the auditor's annexure lists eighteen entities, plus one in liquidation. They include a spot exchange, a bullion association, a farmer-alliance company, an agro-growers company, and subsidiaries in Singapore and South Africa. The group chart reads like a wedding guest list where every uncle brought a cousin.

The history in the filings has two main threads. The first is the Multi Commodity Exchange. The company's exchange-technology division served MCX, the long-term arrangement ended in September 2022, and MCX then asked for extensions three times. The last one ran from 1 July to 31 December 2023. Most vendor relationships end with a handshake. This one ended with three separate "just one more" requests.

The second thread is National Spot Exchange Ltd, a subsidiary. There was a counterparty payment default on the NSEL platform in 2013, and civil suits, FIRs, charge-sheets and attachment orders followed. Those matters still appear in every results filing.

Meanwhile the company says it is moving from traditional fintech into cybersecurity, blockchain, digital assets, legal tech and AI. The milestones on record are:

- **December 2023:** it announced 63 SATS (cybersecurity) and QiLegal (legal tech).

- **February 2024:** CYBX launched, pitched at India's 80 crore mobile phones.

Business model

In plain language, 63 Moons writes the plumbing that trades flow through.

**Brokerage trading solutions.** The best-known product is ODIN. It covers the whole life of a trade, before and after, across equity, forex, commodities and derivatives. Named clients include Nirmal Bang, Kotak Securities, Angel Securities and PCS Securities. When a broker's terminal blinks, there is a fair chance ODIN is doing the blinking.

**Exchange technology.** This is software that lets an exchange run multi-asset, multi-currency markets, locally or across borders. The product names are DOME, Tradedart, PowerARMS, MarketXstream and FOVEA, with CNS and DMATS for clearing houses and depositories. The naming committee clearly split into two factions: one loved capital letters, the other loved sci-fi.

**Risk solutions.** DataCollector and Riskalculator handle risk management and regulatory capital computation for banks and financial firms. The product-naming philosophy there is refreshingly literal: one collects data, the other calculates risk.

**Segments.** In FY24, the STP (straight-through processing) Technologies segment made up 99% of the business. "Other" made up 1%. That 1% contains trading, procurement, process management, risk consultancy, shared business support services, IT infrastructure sharing, NBFC-related activities and internet telecommunication services. That is eight businesses in one percent, which is the corporate version of fitting a joint family into a studio apartment.

In Q1 FY27, the numbers by segment were:
